Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Social Copy & Community team
- Oversee captions and community management across all accounts
- Assign and track daily responsibilities within the team
- Review copy and replies where required and maintain overall quality
- Establish and maintain the right tone of voice for each account
- Ensure community management is consistently happening across all posts
- Make sure all daily deliverables and requirements are closed on time
- Guide junior team members and improve the overall quality of their writing and responses
- Coordinate with editorial, account management and other internal teams
- Take end to end ownership and make sure nothing within the function is missed

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of internet culture, social media and entertainment
- Excellent social copywriting and community management skills
- Robust knowledge of movies,



shows and pop culture
- Experience managing a small team
- Ability to review work without becoming a bottleneck
- Strong ownership and ability to keep multiple accounts and deliverables organised
- Good judgment around brand voice and online conversations
- Someone who can build a team that operates independently while maintaining quality
