Role Description The Senior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily construction and engineering activities at project sites. This position includes managing site operations, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

The Senior Site

Supervisor will monitor progress, allocate tasks to site teams, track materials and equipment usage, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation,



preparing routine site reports, and communicating project status to senior management.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience supervising construction or engineering project sites, with strong skills in site coordination and team leadership.

- Solid understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations, with the ability to enforce compliance on site.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project stakeholders, contractors, and site teams.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with project management or site reporting tools.

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent site supervision experience will be considered.

- Prior experience in manufacturing-related or industrial construction projects is an advantage.

- Ability to work extended hours on site when needed and uphold a safety-first, quality-focused approach.
