About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, FSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while driving platform modernization, CMDB governance, automation, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITSM, FSM, HRSD, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping modules.
- Configure and enhance workflows, Flow Designer processes, business rules, UI actions, catalog items, and platform automation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, reusable components, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Build, administer, and continuously improve CMDB architecture to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with CSDM standards.
- Lead CMDB integration initiatives using Service Graph Connectors, Integration Hub, Discovery, and automated data ingestion frameworks.
- Configure and manage Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), reconciliation strategies, data source priorities, and governance processes.




- Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery including MID Servers, probes, sensors, patterns, classifiers, schedules, and identification rules.
- Design and maintain Service Mapping solutions to accurately identify business services and infrastructure dependencies.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and cloud platforms, monitoring tools, identity management systems, asset management platforms, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with Server, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to drive platform adoption and implementation success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, integration, and platform-related issues.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize CMDB Health Dashboards, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph integrations.
- Develop CMDB governance frameworks, data quality standards, remediation strategies, and compliance controls.
- Conduct assessments and reviews of configuration management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, configuration guides, support documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and deployment activities.
- Provide production support and ensure platform availability, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, FSM, HRSD, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and ITSM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, governance, administration, and data modeling best practices.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Expertise in Service Graph Connectors, Integration Hub, and automated CMDB data ingestion frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), reconciliation rules, data-source management, and configuration governance.
- Experience designing and managing Discovery schedules, MID Servers, probes, sensors, patterns, classifiers, and identification rules.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management and ITOM best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications,



cloud environments, monitoring platforms, IAM solutions, and third-party systems.
- Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Jelly.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and HTTP protocols.
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure including servers, cloud platforms, databases, virtualization, networking, storage, and end-user computing environments.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Service Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, and operational governance.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and implement scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working within global enterprise environments and distributed teams.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects and programs.
