About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive who can independently manage SEO activities, improve organic visibility, and drive measurable growth for client websites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in technical, on-page, off-page, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for websites across different industries and markets.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Implement on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, content optimization, and schema.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicalization, sitemap, robots.txt, and page speed.
- Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
- Develop and execute effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Identify high-quality link-building opportunities and monitor backlink profiles.
- Work closely with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and briefs.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, technical issues,



and overall SEO performance.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to managers/clients.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with content, development, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for improving organic growth through content, technical SEO, and website optimization.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO and Local SEO.
- Robust knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
- Good understanding of website architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
- Experience in developing and executing link-building strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience working with international/US websites or digital marketing agencies.
- Experience handling high-traffic or competitive websites.
- Knowledge of International SEO, Local SEO, Mobile SEO, and E-commerce SEO.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of conversion optimization and digital marketing.
