Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions using Agile methodologies, BRD (Business Requirement Document), and user stories.

- Design, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions to meet customer needs through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in JIRA, prioritizing tasks based on project timelines and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.

- Robust understanding of Salesforce CPQ module and its applications in B2B commerce environments.

- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques such as BRD creation and user story mapping.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
