About the Role

Real Dreams Enterprises is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to manage sales and business development across Ranchi and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the TMT Bar and Steel industry, with a strong understanding of the local market and dealer/distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales and business development for the assigned territory.
- Handle the Ranchi and nearby markets, including Khunti, Lohardaga, Gumla, and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and other business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.




- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- TMT Bar and Steel industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer/dealer network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
