About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Sales Manager to drive

B2B SaaS sales through outbound prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiations and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership of the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete

B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Generate and manage leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and other outbound channels

.

- Conduct product demos and understand customer business requirements.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and decision-makers.

- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions and successfully close deals.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.

- Work closely with Product,



Marketing and Customer Success teams.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in

B2B SaaS / MarTech / EventTech sales

.

- Strong experience in outbound sales and new business development

.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Experience handling the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure

.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales processes.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
