Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.

- Proven track record in managing teams or leading successful agent recruitment campaigns.

- Strong understanding of the agency channel, including product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
