One O Sports is looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive who can communicate effectively with customers, handle leads professionally and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong calling experience, excellent follow-up skills and the ability to convince customers without sounding pushy.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
- Speak with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other lead channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up with warm and interested leads
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Negotiate professionally and close deals
- Maintain proper lead status and follow-up records
- Update customer details and sales activity in CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team wherever required
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of calling / telesales / sales experience
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi
- Must be fluent, confident and convincing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Positive listening and objection-handling ability
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, international sales or lead conversion will be preferred

Final salary will depend on:
- Previous experience
- Communication skills
- Sales ability
- Lead conversion skills
- Interview performance

The selected candidate will work with genuine customer enquiries and will be responsible for converting interested prospects into long-term customers.
