WE’RE HIRING | SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Real Estate

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Generate and manage site visit opportunities
- Conduct property presentations and explain project details
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales team for smooth closures

Requirements:



Minimum 6 months of Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market will be an advantage

Ability to handle leads and convert them into site visits and closures
