- Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Responsible for achieving overall sales targets for the assigned territory

- Prepare annual sales plans and strategies

- Maintain cordial relationships with high-volume customers

- Develop and expand customer base in the assigned region

Marketing:

- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline

- Maintain territory-wise and product-based customer database

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Sales Team Management:

- Conduct joint customer visits along with the Sales Manager

- Coordinate with the internal sales team for customer support and follow-up

Inventory Planning & Management:

- Ensure operations are maintained within inventory norms

- Monitor stock ageing and inventory movement

Receivables Management:

- Ensure receivables are maintained within planned norms

- Conduct KYC verification for customers

- Perform credit assessment for recent customers Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi

- Passionate about sales and marketing

- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license

- Male & Female candidates preferred

- This is a 100% field sales role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
