We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting the prospect pipeline generated by MDS into successful sales, while educating dealers and key decision-makers about our product range, unique selling propositions (USPs), and benefits.

The Senior Sales

Executive will play a crucial role in achieving product sales value and quantity targets across various categories.

Key responsibilities include generating demand for products within specified channel partners or geographical areas, ensuring maximum product display and visibility at dealer showrooms through effective EDS management, and maintaining brand hygiene by ensuring compliance with company pricing and promotional guidelines. The role also involves visiting dealers as per the Market Coverage Plan (MCP) and encouraging them to sell products independently. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will provide product and technical training to dealer sales staff, conduct training sessions at dealer sales counters, and resolve dealer issues in a timely manner.





The candidate will demonstrate the sales process to dealer staff and spend a significant amount of time daily at dealer counters, conducting site visits to end customers to promote products and concepts. The role requires the ability to convert retail builders into sales, add new builders, and share a monthly universe of builders and architects. Implementing promotional activities and local events to increase product visibility and market penetration is also a key responsibility.

The Senior Sales

Executive will collaborate with the branch CC team to conduct plumber training sessions and gather information on competitors' activities, product development, and benchmarking.
