YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

→ Speaking with prospective homebuyers

→ Understanding their needs, preferences, and budget → Learning about residential projects and matching buyers with suitable options

→ Coordinating and accompanying clients on site visits

→ Following up with customers and keeping conversations moving

→ Supporting negotiations and helping move deals towards closure

→ Learning sales fundamentals from the team and working towards clear targets





YOU SHOULD HAVE

- No prior experience required—freshers are welcome
- Good communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking with new people
- Comfort working towards sales targets
- A denuine interest in real estate and customer relationships
- Kannada and English fluency preferred; other languages are a plus

WHAT YOU GET AT AVRÉLON
- Monthly salary of 25,000-35,000, plus performance incentives
