Senior Sales Engineer - Hubli In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for industrial and automation solutions within the assigned territory and key accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver technical-commercial solutions to achieve revenue objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term partnership development

Your job:

- Develop and manage strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term business growth and customer satisfaction

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling industrial automation and electric automation solutions

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquire current customers across assigned territories

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals to customers





- Provide application-based technical support and recommend customized automation solutions to meet customer requirements

- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer support

- Develop strategic account plans, maintain sales pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts to support business objectives

Your qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics or a related field

- 7-12 years of experience in automation sales, with a focus on Pneumatics, Electric and Process automation products

- Proven experience in key account management, End User & OEM Sales, and driving business growth

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions

- Self-driven, with a high level of initiative and adaptability to change and proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
