Senior Sales & Business Development Manager – IT & Digital Marketing

About the Role

ViralChilly is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development qualified with a strong background in selling IT services and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Indian and international clients, particularly in the D2C and e-commerce industries, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across Indian and international markets.
- Sell IT and digital marketing services, including WordPress development, Shopify development, website design, SEO, performance marketing, and other digital solutions.
- Develop business opportunities with D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, startups, and established companies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery calls to proposals, negotiations, deal closure, and client onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive repeat business.
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Proven experience selling IT services, web development, Shopify, WordPress, SEO,



and digital marketing solutions.
- Experience working with D2C brands and e-commerce clients, including Indian and international markets.
- Strong understanding of service-based business models and digital agency offerings.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, consultative selling, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets, revenue pipelines, and conversion metrics independently.
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, or freelancing platforms is an advantage.
