Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Retail Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Senior Retail Sales

Executive – Jewellery (Lab-Grown Diamonds) will engage directly with walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and guide them in selecting suitable jewellery pieces from Moena’s collections. The role involves demonstrating product features, explaining the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and BIS Hallmarked gold, and handling pricing, invoicing, and payment processes. The individual will manage store displays, maintain stock presentation,



and ensure a high-quality customer experience from greeting to post-purchase follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, building repeat business through relationship management, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with the store team on promotions and merchandising activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding store or counter-level targets.
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create memorable in-store experiences and encourage repeat business.
- Clear and confident Communication skills to explain product details, certifications, and value propositions to diverse customers.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion retail is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, gold purity standards, and certification processes is an advantage (training can be provided).
- Comfort with basic POS systems, billing, and handling multiple payment options.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and retail peak hours, as part of a rostered schedule.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
