We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP cost management, quantity surveying, and project commercial management.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Joining: Immediate

- Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and review MEP cost estimates and BOQs ✅ Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cost control activities

✅ Evaluate contractors' payments, variations, and claims

✅ Conduct quantity take-offs and tender analysis

✅ Support contract administration and commercial management

✅ Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports

✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

Requirements:

- ✔ 7+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying and Cost Management




- ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- ✔ Significant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying and Cost Management
- ✔ Solid knowledge of contracts, procurement, and commercial practices
- ✔ Experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects
- ✔ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
