We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Quality Control to lead and manage the Quality Control function in our food processing manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Quality Control and Food Safety function.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained for raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.

- Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO and other applicable food safety standards.

- Manage QC laboratory operations, testing procedures and quality documentation.

- Handle internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely CAPA closure.

- Identify quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Procurement and Operations teams for quality improvement.

- Develop, train and mentor the QC team.

- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, food safety and process control.
