Role Description: The Senior Psychologist will provide on-site psychological services at HuHaHo’s New Delhi location in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing individualized care plans, and offering counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and groups. The role involves overseeing mental health programs, mentoring junior practitioners, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic wellness initiatives.

The Senior

Psychologist will also contribute to training, workshops, and community outreach, ongoing & outgoing projects while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical and legal standards. This is a full-time job placed in Moti Nagar (West Delhi).

Qualifications:





- Masters in Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with 3-5 Years of Experience.
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, client-centered interventions.
- Proficiency in Counseling, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and supportive guidance across diverse populations.
- Experience with Psychological Assessment, including selecting appropriate tools, administering tests, interpreting results, and communicating findings clearly.
- Relevant background in Medicine or understanding of the interface between physical and mental health, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Advanced degree in Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate) from a recognized institution; clinical or counseling specialization preferred.
- Valid registration or license to practice as a psychologist, as required by local regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in senior or supervisory roles within mental health or wellness settings.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong ethical judgment, adherence to professional standards, and commitment to ongoing career development.
