Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of large parking infrastructure projects. This role involves planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with design, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and client teams to ensure successful execution.

The Senior Project

Manager will oversee expediting of materials and equipment, monitor inspections and quality checks, and resolve technical or operational issues that arise during project lifecycle.



Daily responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, preparing project reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes. The role also requires mentoring junior team members, supporting bid and proposal activities, and contributing to long-term project strategy and portfolio management.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in expediting processes, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting of materials, equipment, and services.
- Knowledge of inspection practices, including Inspection procedures, quality checks, and compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Logistics Management skills for coordinating supply chain activities, shipments, installation timelines, and vendor management.
- Proven experience managing large infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects; parking, mobility, or automation projects are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
