Your impact In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

Here’s What You Need

Senior Project Assistant

- Receipt of drawings and maintain the register for drawings received from HO.

- Issue drawings to contractors through transmittal

- Receipt and distribution of incoming documents

- Maintain site filing system.

- Assist Client in verification of contractor’s document for issue of gate passes.

- Arrange and manage site transport for Jacobs Personnel

- Arrange staff accommodation for Jacobs Personnel





- Prepare / maintain site accounts.

Here's what you'll need Experience: 10 to 12 years

Qualification : Bcom/ BA
