Qualification: DME / B.E. (Mechanical) – Full-time from a recognized university
Working Days: 6 days working; Tuesday is weekly off
We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer with strong experience in machine shop production, CNC programming, CNC machine setting, manpower handling and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Solid command over CNC programming and CNC machine setting.
Hands-on experience in manpower handling and shop-floor supervision.
Hands-on experience in tooling and its application/use.
Experience in a machine shop environment with different types of machines/processes such as:
Thread Rolling
SPM
Hardening
Projection Welding
Painting
Powder Coating
Knowledge of TS 16949, Safety, EHS, HIRA and Aspect-Impact.
Ensure smooth production activities and effective utilization of manpower and machines.
Coordinate with the shop-floor team to achieve production targets and maintain quality and safety standards.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to Shirwal or nearby Shirwal.
