About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead and mentor a team of three designers while maintaining a high bar for product design quality across be10X.

This is a player-coach role. You will work hands-on on important and complex product flows while reviewing, guiding and developing the design team.

You will work across our learning products, internal tools and new product initiatives, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Founders.

What You’ll Do

- Own design quality across our consumer products, including learning experiences on web and mobile, sales and support tools, and new products.
- Design key and complex product flows end-to-end, from problem definition and exploration to final handoff.
- Review the design team's work regularly and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Mentor designers and help them build structured growth plans.
- Build, maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility and speed.
- Partner with Product Managers to define problems and translate user needs into effective product solutions.
- Work closely with Engineers to assess feasibility and ensure the final product matches the intended design.
- Use data, user research and product insights to make and defend design decisions.
- Establish and improve design processes, including design reviews, critique sessions, handoff standards and prioritisation frameworks.
- Present design decisions and recommendations to senior leadership and Founders.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as an Individual Contributor Product Designer in consumer/B2C product companies.
- Experience designing products used by a large number of users.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking and problem-solving process, not just final screens.
- Robust skills in interaction design, visual design and mobile-first product design.




- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of usability.
- Experience building or contributing to a design system.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers, formally or informally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using clear reasoning.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout and prototyping.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience working in EdTech, learning, content or consumer technology products.
- Experience working on growth-focused products, particularly onboarding, conversion and retention journeys.
- Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, exploration or prototyping.
