Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Procurement Manager.

The Senior Procurement

Manager will lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, evaluating suppliers, and managing strategic purchasing decisions for the organization. Daily responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, overseeing contract negotiations, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure cost efficiency and service quality. The role will collaborate closely with finance, legal, product, and operations teams to align procurement decisions with business goals and compliance standards.

The Senior Procurement

Manager will also implement procurement policies,



track key performance metrics, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage sourcing, vendor selection, and ongoing supplier performance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess total cost of ownership, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience developing and executing procurement strategies in a technology or SaaS workplace is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional setting.
- Proven track record in senior-level procurement or supply chain roles, preferably with global vendor management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field; professional procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
