Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize IT processes using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and execute integration strategies between ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CMDB, Integration Hub, etc.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 15-26 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow architecture with a focus on ITSM (ITIL v3/4) implementation.
- Experience working with other IT service management frameworks like COBIT or ISO 20000.
