Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Power BI & Automation Consultant to join our Operations Analytics team in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as a senior technical anchor and leadership support (N+1 level), driving the design, development, and automation of advanced business intelligence solutions for our global client, Nestlé.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Power BI and process automation with a strong professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of handling complex data workflows in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- BI Development: Lead the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of complex Power BI reports, data models, and interactive dashboards.
- Process Automation: Build, schedule, and automate robust data workflows and ETL pipelines utilizing Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint.
- Data Engineering & Integration: Connect and transform data from multiple systems via APIs and SQL queries. Work within cloud data platforms, with a robust focus on Snowflake and Azure/AWS services.
- Troubleshooting & Performance: Proactively monitor operational KPIs, optimize DAX queries, tune dashboard performance, and troubleshoot data discrepancies or system crashes.
- Governance & Quality: Define and enforce strict data quality,



validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection standards across all operational datasets.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Translate complex business needs into analytical requirements, challenge assumptions, and support/mentor junior analysts in adopting data governance best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational performance tracking.
- Power BI Expertise: Advanced knowledge of data modeling, DAX optimization, performance tuning, and dashboard troubleshooting.
- Automation Toolkit: Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate, PowerShell scripts, and SharePoint integration.
- Data Skills: Strong SQL skills for handling large datasets, alongside advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, complex formulas, scenario analysis).
- Cloud & ETL Platforms: Practical experience building ETL pipelines and working within cloud environments, specifically Snowflake (strongly preferred) and Azure/AWS.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, a strong professional attitude, and B2 level (or higher) English proficiency.
- Logistics: Must be based in Bangalore and fully flexible to work according to Central European / Italy time zones.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
