About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Security Consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Security and Oracle Risk Management & Compliance (RMC) solutions across various Oracle Cloud modules. This role requires expertise in access governance, security design, segregation of duties analysis, compliance management, and audit readiness to ensure secure and compliant business operations.

What You'll Do:

- Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Security, including Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, and Privileges.
- Implement and support role-based access control (RBAC) and data security policies across Oracle Fusion applications.
- Provision, modify, and manage user access across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Projects, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD)



analysis and access risk assessments using Oracle Risk Management & Compliance (RMC).
- Configure and support Advanced Access Controls (AAC) to identify and mitigate access risks.
- Manage Access Certification processes to ensure periodic review and validation of user access.
- Support Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) and Transaction Controls for regulatory compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot user access issues, role conflicts, security configuration problems, and Redwood security gaps.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, compliance teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to address security requirements.
- Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover activities during project implementations.
- Assist in audit preparation activities and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor security operations and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Resolve security-related incidents and support post go-live operational activities.
- Create and maintain security documentation, role design documents, and compliance reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to security governance and access management.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle technologies with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Security.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Security frameworks.
- Strong expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data security, authorization models, and access management.
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management & Compliance (RMC) and Advanced Access Controls (AAC).
- Knowledge of Access Certification, Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC), and Transaction Controls.
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and access risk management.
- Experience supporting Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects,



and EPM modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Ability to perform security assessments, role redesign, and compliance reviews.
- Experience troubleshooting access issues, security conflicts, and role provisioning challenges.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security architecture and governance best practices.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-production support activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business users, compliance teams, and auditors.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global delivery model and support US timezone operations.
