We are hiring Senior Model Developers for the Marketing Analytics function of a leading US-based bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance statistical & machine learning models for customer acquisition, propensity, cross-sell, retention and campaign response.
- Perform EDA, feature engineering, variable selection and predictive modelling on large customer and transactional datasets.
- Apply regression, classification, tree-based algorithms and statistical techniques.
- Conduct model performance evaluation, back-testing, monitoring and recalibration.
- Prepare comprehensive Model Development Reports (MDRs) covering methodology, assumptions, variables, performance, limitations and implementation.
- Manage end-to-end model development assignments independently.
- Partner with Marketing and Business stakeholders to convert business problems into analytical solutions.
- Present model results,



insights and recommendations to US-based stakeholders.
