We have an immediate opening for Senior Mobile App Developer (Cross-Platform iOS & Android).

We are looking for a technically strong Mobile App Developer to join our team and take ownership of an existing cross-platform application built on the Ionic Framework with React JS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving critical production issues particularly app crashes and performance/slowness problems across both Android and iOS platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

- mobile app development experience with Ionic Framework (Capacitor and/or Cordova).
- Strong proficiency in React JS (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
- Proven experience building and maintaining cross-platform apps for Android and iOS.
- Solid understanding of native build tools: Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, CocoaPods.
- Hands-on experience with performance profiling and crash debugging tools (Crashlytics,



Sentry, Instruments, Android Profiler, LogCat).

- Experience identifying and fixing memory leaks, thread/UI blocking issues, and slow rendering.
- Familiarity with native plugin development/integration (Capacitor plugins or Cordova plugins).
- Robust grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.

- Experience with REST APIs, state management libraries (Redux/Context API), and offline data handling.
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline familiarity for mobile builds.
