Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser who can independently manage customer orders and coordinate closely with the plant and production team to ensure timely production, quality, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and monitor order & production planning / tracking reports.
- Follow up on production progress and ensure on-time completion and dispatch.
- Coordinate customer requirements, specifications, samples and delivery schedules.
- Identify and resolve production delays, quality issues and order-related problems.
- Provide regular updates to customers and management.




- Maintain accurate MIS and order status reports in MS Excel.

Required Skills

- Solid order management and production coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS.
- Excellent follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and work under delivery pressure.
- Strong coordination with plant and internal departments.

Preferred Experience Experience in Elastic Tape, Textile, Narrow Fabric, Garment Accessories or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Requirement: The candidate must be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of customer orders and coordinating with the plant until production and dispatch are completed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
