Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote Bonanza Wealth’s investment services, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth.

Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor analysis, developing marketing strategies and content, coordinating with sales and product teams, and managing digital and offline marketing initiatives. The role involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, optimizing marketing efforts based on data insights, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.

Specialist will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance client communication, support events and seminars, and contribute to overall marketing innovation.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to understand investor behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in financial services.
- Experience supporting Sales initiatives, including campaign alignment with sales objectives and lead-generation activities.
- Demonstrated ability in Marketing Strategy development, campaign planning, and brand-building within a professional services or finance environment.
- Customer Service orientation with a focus on client experience, responsiveness, and relationship support for high-net-worth and retail clients.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or wealth management are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
