Position: Manager - Sales

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve our ambitious sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the tech industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.




- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
- This is a night shift/work from office (Bangalore)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Robust understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and motivate team members.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
