The Sr. Research & Solutions Lead will spearhead the organization's consulting and solutioning function by designing impactful capability development interventions for enterprise, government, PSUs, and social sector clients.

The role will be responsible for:

- Understanding client business challenges and translating them into scalable learning solutions.
- Leading research and development initiatives to build differentiated offerings and intellectual property.
- Driving proposal development, capability presentations, and solution architecture.
- Establishing thought leadership in emerging areas such as AI, leadership development, digital transformation, future skills, and workforce capability building.
- Building robust solution frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that enhance organizational competitiveness.

The individual will work closely with Business Development, Content, and Delivery teams to design cutting-edge, commercially viable, and outcome-driven learning solutions. Solution Design & Consulting
- Design end-to-end learning and capability solutions for enterprise and government clients.
- Diagnose business challenges and translate them into impactful interventions.
- Develop learning architectures, competency frameworks, and capability journeys.
- Create differentiated, consulting-led solutions and value propositions.

Research & Thought Leadership
- Conduct research on emerging trends, AI, leadership, and future skills.
- Build proprietary frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies.
- Benchmark best practices and generate actionable insights.
- Develop whitepapers, PoVs, and thought leadership assets.

Proposal Development
- Lead strategic proposal and solution development.
- Create executive summaries, solution narratives,



and implementation roadmaps.
- Develop commercial propositions and measurement frameworks.
- Support client presentations, pitches, and solution demonstrations.

Product & IP Development
- Build reusable frameworks, products, and organizational IP.
- Design capability academies, learning pathways, and assessment solutions.
- Develop scalable templates, diagnostics, and consulting tools.
- Drive innovation in AI-enabled learning solutions.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Business Development teams on solution positioning and pre-sales.
- Engage clients to understand business priorities and capability needs.
- Collaborate with SMEs, content, and delivery teams for solution execution.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Capability Building & Knowledge Management
- Establish solution design standards and consulting frameworks.
- Mentor research analysts and solution designers.
- Build repositories of best practices and knowledge assets.
- Drive organizational capability building and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Desired Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors / Master’s in any discipline
- Preference for candidates with exposure to learning & development, instructional design, or enterprise learning solutions.
