Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Procurement / Purchase to lead and manage procurement activities for our electrical and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electrical and MEP materials, vendor development, commercial negotiations, purchase planning, cost control, order management, and ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical materials, MEP procurement, vendor management, costing, negotiation, and project-based procurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Purchase Management

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for electrical and MEP projects.




- Prepare procurement plans based on project requirements, BOQ, drawings, and project schedules.
- Source electrical, MEP, construction and project-related materials from reliable suppliers.
- Float enquiries/RFQs, compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders as per company procedures.
- Monitor purchase orders from order placement until final delivery.

2. Electrical & MEP Material Procurement

Experience/knowledge in procurement of materials such as:

- HT/LT cables and wires
- Transformers
- HT/LT panels and switchgear
- MCC/PCC panels
- RMU, VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB
- Bus ducts and busbars

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
