About the Role

Sanghvi Movers Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Payroll & Statutory Compliance to lead payroll operations and ensure end-to-end compliance with statutory and labour law requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Handle statutory filings, audits, inspections, and government compliance requirements.
- Monitor labour law changes and implement necessary compliance measures.
- Prepare payroll MIS, compliance reports, and audit documentation.
- Lead payroll process improvements, automation, and ERP initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal,



and external consultants.

Candidate Profile 12-18 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory regulations

Experience managing large-scale payroll operations and payroll teams

Hands-on exposure to SAP, Oracle, Tally, Ramco, Workday, or similar payroll systems

Experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Industrial organizations preferred

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related discipline
- MBA/PGDM preferred

Preferred Certifications

- CPP, ACS, or Labour Law/Compliance Certifications
