Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – MEP (Facility Construction) to support its facility construction and infrastructure projects in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring effective execution, quality, safety and timely delivery.

The resource will be responsible for the following:

- Manage end-to-end MEP activities for facility construction projects, from planning and design coordination through execution, commissioning and handover.
- Lead and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines and quality standards.
- Review MEP designs, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications and coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contractors and vendors involved in MEP execution and monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate closely with Civil, Architecture, Project Management, Procurement and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site execution, identify technical or operational issues and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, engineering codes and client/project specifications.
- Track project costs, material requirements and resource planning related to MEP activities.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems while ensuring required documentation and quality checks are completed.
- Identify potential project risks and provide practical technical solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.

More about the Role : This is a senior individual contributor / project leadership role . The resource will be required to:

- Independently manage MEP-related project requirements with minimal supervision.




- Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors to drive project execution.
- Analyse complex technical and execution challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and coordinate across multiple teams involved in facility construction.
- Ensure MEP deliverables are aligned with business, operational, quality and safety requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned projects/activities and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
- Share technical expertise and best practices with project and engineering teams.
- Decisions made by the resource will directly impact project execution, timelines, quality and operational readiness.

- MEP Engineering, Facility Construction, MEP Project Management, Project Planning & Execution, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, HVAC systems, MEP design and coordination, technical drawing and specification review, contractor and vendor management, site execution, testing and commissioning, project scheduling, cost and quality management, safety and statutory compliance.
