Role Overview The Sr. Manager, Lease Management serves as a strategic partner to the Corporate Real Estate leadership team, driving real estate portfolio planning, lease negotiations, landlord engagement, and transaction execution across the enterprise. The role will act as the primary interface between external real estate partners (IPCs, brokers, consultants, and landlords) and internal stakeholders, translating business growth requirements into effective real estate solutions while ensuring commercial optimization and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with CRE leadership to develop and execute short- and long-term real estate portfolio strategies aligned with business growth, workforce plans, and occupancy requirements.

- Act as the primary interface between IPCs, brokers, landlords, consultants, and internal stakeholders, translating market intelligence and portfolio recommendations into actionable real estate plans.

- Lead seat capacity planning and portfolio optimization initiatives, including growth, consolidation, workplace strategy, and space utilization planning.

- Drive end-to-end lease transactions, including site selection, acquisitions, renewals, expansions, contractions, exits, and lease negotiations.

- Evaluate lease proposals, business cases, market opportunities, and financial implications to support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and manage the broker and IPC ecosystem,



establishing performance expectations, governance standards, and service-level accountability.

- Build robust partnerships with Facilities, Workplace, Design & Build, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Business Leaders to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

- Oversee lease governance, key lease events, critical dates, contractual obligations, landlord relationships, and portfolio compliance requirements.

- Support rental spend planning, occupancy cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting to enable informed leadership decisions.

- Foster continuous improvement through process standardization, governance frameworks, portfolio reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Profile & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Leasing, Property Transactions, Workplace Strategy, or Portfolio Management.

- Strong experience working with IPCs, landlords, developers, brokers, and corporate stakeholders.

- Demonstrated expertise in lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction management.

- Experience managing multi-location corporate real estate portfolios.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate lease proposals and business cases.

- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Advanced Excel, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities.
