Orvera AI is looking for a hands-on security leader to build and drive our information security, compliance, and risk management function for our enterprise Conversational AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own SOC 2 Type II audits and PCI DSS compliance.
- Lead enterprise customer security reviews, questionnaires, and audits.
- Drive cloud security, application security, risk management, and incident response.
- Implement security controls for AI/LLM-based voice platforms.
- Manage vendor risk, data protection, and security governance.

What We’re Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in Information Security.




- At least 3 years in a startup or growth-stage SaaS/technology product company.
- Proven ownership of at least one SOC 2 Type II audit cycle.
- Hands-on PCI DSS, cloud security, and application security experience.
- Strong expertise in customer security assessments and compliance frameworks.
- Experience building security programs from the ground up.

Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or relevant security certifications. Experience in AI/LLM security is a solid advantage.
