Role Description The Senior Manager FP&A; role at Sagility is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, including developing budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans to support strategic decision-making.

The Senior

Manager FP&A; will oversee financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations to business and leadership teams. Day-to-day activities include partnering with operational stakeholders, standardizing FP&A; processes, monitoring key financial metrics,



and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls. The role also involves mentoring FP&A; team members, driving continuous improvement in financial systems and tools, and supporting special projects, investments, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, with experience managing end-to-end FP&A; cycles.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities to interpret complex data and build decision-ready models.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting & Forecasting skills, including preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are preferred, along with several years of progressive FP&A; or corporate finance experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analytics tools; experience with ERP and BI/reporting systems is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or business services sectors, and exposure to global operations or multi-country environments, is an advantage.
