Role:

- Lead Defence & Government sales and business development.
- Build and manage relationships with Defence personnel, government departments, PSUs, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive high-value tenders, projects, and business opportunities.
- Manage client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Drive revenue targets and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical and leadership teams for customized solutions.
- Represent DroneVerse at Defence exhibitions, demonstrations, and industry events.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in Defence/Government Sales, B2G, Aerospace, or Drones/UAVs.
- Strong Defence network and understanding of government procurement/tender processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
