Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Manager – Accounts to handle the overall accounting and finance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, audits, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR filings, reconciliations, and related matters.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate and handle internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, MIS reports, and financial statements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and audit purposes.




- Handle any other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance; M.Com/CA Inter/CA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Positive experience in internal and external audits.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete accounting function.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end accounting, including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, reconciliations, audit coordination, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management. Candidates who can independently handle the complete Accounts & Finance function will be preferred. Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
