Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Lead, Supply Chain Digital Transformation to lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our next-generation supply chain planning capabilities. In this role, you will drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain, leveraging advanced planning technologies including Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and related analytics platforms. You will partner with business leaders, operations teams, IT, and executive stakeholders to modernize planning processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of supply chain domain expertise, planning system leadership, solution architecture experience, and program management capabilities.



This individual will play a key role in transforming how the organization plans demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and factory operations in an increasingly dynamic business environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives from concept through deployment, including: Business discovery, Process assessment, Requirements definition, Solution design, testing, User adoption
- Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Blue Yonder ESP planning solutions.
- Design and implement scalable planning capabilities supporting: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Optimization, Factory Planning and Execution
- Drive continuous enhancement of planning processes, models, and system capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning performance through process automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of innovative planning capabilities and best practices.
- Drive standardization and simplification of processes across global operations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and transformation workstreams across global teams.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and management teams across operations, business units, finance, engineering etc.
- Data analysis and development of supply chain policies to meet overall business objectives – and not have any local sub optimization
- Work closely with IT on designing and developing planning systems. Qualifications




- Master / Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering / Supply Chain with 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Supply Chain Planning solutions with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP product.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience with MEIO is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP module.
- Experience with databases, PL/SQL, system integrations, and software development lifecycle methodologies.Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) preferred This role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, digital transformation, and advanced planning technology.
