Role - KYC Senior Analyst - Quality Control (Contract)

Role summary

Reviews and approves KYC cases to ensure they meet global regulatory requirements, internal policies and quality standards, while managing financial crime and reputational risk.

Key responsibilities

- Perform quality reviews of periodic review, trigger review and remediation cases before submission.
- Verify the accuracy of workflow triggers, client data attributes and ownership / legal entity structures against supporting documentation and system requirements.
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of client due diligence, documentation, ownership analysis, screening results and risk assessments.
- Review screening outcomes and make sure potential matches are mitigated or escalated in line with policy.
- Identify gaps, challenge risk assessments where needed, and ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Give makers feedback, coaching and guidance to improve quality and risk awareness.
- Escalate high-risk issues,



policy exceptions and compliance concerns.
- Support audits, client QA sampling, quality reporting and continuous improvement.

Must-have

- Strong KYC experience for corporate and institutional clients, including high-risk and EDD cases.
- Proven checker or quality review experience in a maker-checker setup.
- Sound judgement on screening matches, risk assessments and when to escalate.
- Clear, constructive written feedback and solid documentation standards.
- Willingness to work Singapore business hours at least three days a week and to flex to other shifts as the project requires.

Good-to-have

- Knowledge of Hong Kong AML/KYC requirements (SFC guidelines).
- Experience with institutional broking clients such as asset managers, hedge funds and other brokers.
- Experience on KYC remediation projects with fixed deadlines.
- R ACAMS, ICA or similar certification.
