Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept through completion, including developing design concepts, preparing presentations, and overseeing implementation on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, specifying FF&E;, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and reviewing construction drawings to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, and providing guidance to junior designers.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Vijayawada, requiring regular presence at project locations and close collaboration with the broader project team.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and FF&E; skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to create functional, code-compliant layouts.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and documentation for residential projects.
- Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation tools.
- Proven experience leading interior design projects, preferably in residential or high-end housing.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Solid project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
