We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through design finalisation and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential and commercial interiors, space planning, 2D/3D design, material selection, client presentations, working drawings, and project coordination.

The candidate will work closely with clients, design teams, project managers, production teams, vendors, and site teams to ensure that projects are delivered as per approved design, quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept development to design finalisation and execution.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, functional needs, and project budgets.
- Develop space planning, concepts, mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
- Prepare and review 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, elevations, sections, and 3D visualisations.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, Procurement, Vendors, and Installation Teams.
- Ensure design feasibility and proper coordination between design and site execution.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, finishes, colours, hardware, and accessories.
- Conduct site visits and provide design clarification during execution.




- Review shop drawings and ensure execution is aligned with approved designs.
- Monitor design-related project timelines and ensure timely design finalisation and production preparation.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and client sign-offs.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior interior designers and design team members.
- Support the sales and project teams during client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Enscape, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, hardware, and interior construction.
- Excellent client presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of site execution and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in turnkey interiors, modular interiors, residential interiors, commercial fit-outs, hospitality projects, office interiors industries will be preferred.
