Position Senior Manager ; HR (50% recruitment 50% Compliance)

Reporting into HR Head

Location Chennai Arumbakkam

CTC Details 7 - 8 Lakhs per annum

Role & responsibilities

Handle end to end recruitment process from sourcing, co-ordination for interviews,

HR interview co-ordination, selection, salary workings, negotiation, and offer letter till joining of the candidate.

Manage post recruitment activities

Manage appraisals, feedback, and growth opportunities processes

Manages the employee communication channels, periodic mailers, etc

Assist in the implementation of HR and Talent Development initiatives for the organization

Creating more platforms and touch points to enhance employee communication and engagement

Plans & execute fun at work initiatives in synchronization with the regional Business teams

Assist in monthly dashboard, MIS & group reports preparation





Develop and administer satisfaction surveys interviews both online as well as through phone and capture feedback from the talent groups, business managers and other stakeholders

Coordinate orientation and trainings on both technical and soft skills

Employee Queries Grievance Handling

Statutory Compliance , ESIC , EPF , PT , LWF , Gratuity , Shop and Establishment , Insurance , Payroll

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience of at least 10 years in the field of HR, handling HR Recruitment and Statutory Compliance profile preferably in NBFC industry with minimum 3 -4 years of experience in leading cross functional HR teams
