Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition &
- Staffing: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across departments, manage sourcing channels, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews to hire top talent efficiently.
- Onboarding &
- Offboarding: Oversee smooth onboarding for new hires, manage induction programs, handle employee exit interviews, and ensure seamless clearance procedures.
- HR Policies &
- Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies in alignment with labor laws and organizational goals, ensuring strict workplace compliance.
- Employee Relations &
- Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, foster a positive work culture, and manage employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management System (PMS): Drive the annual and quarterly performance review processes, coordinate key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitate constructive feedback loops.
- Payroll &
- Attendance Management: Monitor daily staff attendance, track leave management, and collaborate with accounts to ensure accurate monthly salary processing.




- Training &
- Development: Identify employee skill gaps, organize internal/external training sessions, and foster continuous qualified growth within the team.

Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: MBA in Human Resource Management, Master’s in HR, or a related bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR management or a senior HR executive role.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in recruitment platforms, HR software (HRMS), and labor regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong leadership skills to handle team dynamics, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
