Job Title: Senior HR Manager --USA HR / Onboarding / Compliance

Experience: 12+ Years;

Shift Time: 6.30PM -3.30 AM IST

Salary: As per market—try to keep in the range of 12-18 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

- 12+ years of overall HR/Staffing experience, with significant experience in US IT Staffing HR operations.
- US IT Staffing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of US HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
- Good understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C employment models.
- Working knowledge of I9, E Verify, background checks, and US employment compliance.
- Understanding of US federal and state employment regulations.
- Experience coordinating with payroll, finance, recruitment, delivery, and business teams.
- Strong documentation, process management, and compliance management skills.
- Excellent decision making, analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidatess, clients, vendors, and senior mgmt.
