Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR to lead the global HR function and partner with leadership to build a scalable, high-performing organization. The role will oversee both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations across regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead global HR strategy across regions, including workforce planning, cost optimization, organizational design, and talent strategy.

- Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, HR transformation, organizational growth, and workforce planning.

- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, performance, and effective delivery of HR services.

- Build and scale HR processes, policies, systems, and operational frameworks to support business growth.

- Oversee core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.

- Own and oversee HR technology platforms, including HRMS, ATS, payroll, performance management, and other HR systems, ensuring effective utilization, data accuracy, and process integration.

- Drive HR automation, analytics, dashboards, and technology-enabled process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements across regions.

- Drive compensation benchmarking, rewards strategy, workforce cost modelling, and benefits programs.

- Lead performance management frameworks, including OKRs, KPIs, performance reviews, and 360° feedback.

- Drive succession planning, leadership development, career development,



and talent management programs.

- Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, recognition, and employee experience initiatives.

- Strengthen organizational culture, employee communication, and engagement across geographies.

- Establish HR governance, controls, reporting, and audit processes to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.

- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to support workforce and business decisions.

- Strengthen employee relations and ensure timely resolution of workplace concerns and HR issues.

- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies, systems, and employee services.

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in a senior HR leadership role.

- Experience managing HR teams and HR operations across multiple regions or within a global organization.

- Solid experience managing HR technology platforms such as HRMS, ATS, payroll, performance management, and related HR systems.

- Strong understanding of employment compliance, HR governance, and statutory requirements across multiple geographies.

- Strong business acumen and experience partnering with CXO-level leadership.

- Proven ability to build and scale HR functions, processes, policies, and systems in a growing organization.

- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, culture building, talent management, and employee experience.

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
