About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to translate ideas and marketing requirements into visually engaging content.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, videos, social media creatives, marketing materials, and brand content while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create visually compelling designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design engaging Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, LinkedIn creatives, YouTube thumbnails, and digital ads.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, visual styles, typography, and creative tools.

Video Editing
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, YouTube, presentations, and promotional content.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, motion graphics, and brand videos.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, music, sound effects, color correction, and other elements to enhance video quality.
- Work with raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging visual content.
- Create videos according to different platform requirements and formats.




- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storytelling.
- Ensure videos are visually aligned with the company's branding and communication style.

Required Skills
- 4–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design/video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create content for various social media platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.
